Holiday-Rents will then research the list of owners and their apartments to ensure that your holiday request can be met. After you have confirmed your holiday request with the owner, it will then be necessary to send a 20% booking deposit to the owner to secure your holiday reservation.
A further refundable damage deposit is usually required, payable in advance of the start of the holiday. This is refundable in full within 14 days if the outgoing inspection reveals no damage to the property.
All prices quoted by the owners referred to you by Holiday-Rents are inclusive of utilities and the use of the facilities of the Club Albufeira.
Once you are put in contact with the owner referred to you by Holiday-Rents then all further communications will normally continue with the owner directly. The owner then has the full responsibility of informing you of the terms and conditions of the letting of his / her accommodation.
Usually the owner will offer a small welcome pack to assist those with an early morning / late night arrival. Apartments are available from 3pm on the arrival day and must be vacated by 12 noon on the departure day.
