Holiday-Rents avoids such disappointment by keeping a register of
apartment owners and their bookings so that those enquiring will be put in touch
with an owner that does have availability for the required holiday dates.
Owners of apartments T1 / T2 / T3 on the Club Albufeira are invited to submit
their apartment website links / details to the register held by
Holiday-Rents.
The Way it works.
On
receipt of an enquiry made to this website , Holiday-Rents will
undertake to research all details of availability of the apartments of registered listed owners
in order to ensure that the person making the enquiry is given the best chance
to avoid disappointment and enjoy his / her holiday at the Club
Albufeira. A referral of the enquiry will be made by Holiday-Rents to
any listed owner having availability for the requested holiday dates,who must then assume complete responsibility for making
contact with and following through with all holiday arrangements
for the enquirer.
In return for this service Holiday-Rents requests
that; a either a link to this website be placed on owner`s personal holiday website. Alternatively only when a referral results in a firm booking for the owner a referral fee of £10 will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover the time consuming cost of initial correspondence with enquirers and searching owner availabilities before a referral can be made to a listed owner. A referral that does not result in a firm booking for the owner is not obligated in any way. This site together with many other costly advertising sites brings in between 2-4 enquiries daily and so many listed owners have seen the benefits in their bookings. The system is based on trust - abuse in any way of this trust will result in the owner`s name being removed from the referrals list of holiday-rents.com.
